Once your inspection is complete, I will review my findings with you to make sure you understand the issues that need attention, I will also point out any items for future concern. Within 24 hours, you will be emailed a comprehensive, fully detailed, clickable pdf inspection report. Your report isn't just a list of items/systems that need attention, it also includes notes and images of properly working items/systems.
